How To Flip Your Overturned Paddleboard

Stand-up paddleboarding or SUP is one of the fastest-growing water sports in the world. It is a fantastic way to enjoy the waters and experience the soothing and rejuvenating effect it has. Understand the physics of a Paddleboard

Before you can flip an overturned paddleboard, it’s essential to understand the physics behind it. Your SUP board has a center of gravity that determines its stability. The center of gravity is the point around which the board’s weight is evenly distributed. The higher the weight is from the center of gravity, the more unstable it becomes.

Therefore, when you flip your paddleboard, the center of gravity shifts, and the weight distribution changes. This causes the board to become more unstable and tips over on one side. Climb on the board
